1. About InternBench

InternBench helps students gain practical experience before graduation through structured internship opportunities and practical learning activities.

Our current offerings include fully remote internship programs with durations of two weeks and four weeks. The activities, scope, and requirements may vary by opportunity.

Information published on the website describes the programs available at the time of publication. We may update program details when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any commitments already made to participants.

2. Eligibility and Applications

Applicants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting an application.

By applying, you agree to:

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

InternBench reviews applications based on the requirements and suitability of the relevant opportunity. We may contact applicants to clarify information or communicate the next steps.

Applicants must meet any applicable age, consent, or eligibility requirements.

3. Internship Format and Participation

The internship programs described on the website are fully remote. Participants are responsible for arranging a suitable device, reliable internet access, and an appropriate environment for completing their activities.

Participants are expected to:

Specific activities, deliverables, feedback arrangements, and completion requirements depend on the relevant internship. Only requirements communicated for your selected opportunity will apply.

We may provide reasonable guidance or clarify expectations, but we do not promise any particular level of individual supervision unless expressly stated for that program.

4. Fees and Payment

The website may display fees for the available internship options. The applicable fee will be the amount clearly presented to you for your selected program at the time of enrolment or payment.

Before completing payment, applicants should review the selected duration, program details, applicable charges, and any payment-related conditions.

Payments must be made through the payment method or process specified by InternBench.

Do not send payment details, passwords, or one-time passwords through unofficial channels.

Refunds and cancellations

The refund, cancellation, and withdrawal policy applicable to your purchase must be disclosed before payment. Please review that policy before enrolling.

To complete before publishing: Insert InternBench's actual refund and cancellation policy here, or link to a separate policy, before accepting payments. Do not publish a refund promise that the business has not approved.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

5. Completion and Certificates

An internship certificate or completion letter will be provided upon successful completion of the internship, subject to meeting the applicable completion requirements.

Completion requirements may include submitting required work, participating in the required activities, meeting communicated deadlines, and complying with relevant program guidelines.

Applying, making payment, or beginning the internship alone does not constitute successful completion.

InternBench may withhold a certificate or completion letter where the communicated requirements have not been met, subject to applicable law and any specific commitments made to the participant.

Certificates and completion letters confirm the relevant participation or completion status. They do not independently guarantee professional competence, academic credit, professional accreditation, or employment.

6. Employment and Placement Disclaimer

InternBench does not guarantee a job, paid employment, future internship placement, interview, or employment offer.

Top-performing participants may receive additional assistance through coordination with our HR team or company network, where suitable opportunities are available.

Such assistance may include relevant introductions or communication about opportunities. It does not guarantee that an employer will interview, select, or hire a participant.

Hiring decisions are made by the relevant employer based on its own requirements and selection process.

Participants remain responsible for their own career decisions and applications.

7. Partner Organizations

InternBench may work with or communicate about organizations involved in practical projects, internship opportunities, or related activities.

The role of each organization may differ. A logo or organization name displayed on the website does not, by itself, establish that the organization endorses every InternBench service, guarantees employment, or has agreed to provide a particular benefit.

Any specific partner role or commitment will be described only where confirmed.

Where an opportunity involves a third-party organization, participants may be required to follow that organization's applicable instructions, policies, and confidentiality requirements.

8. Intellectual Property and Participant Work

The InternBench website, branding, logo, original website content, design elements, and other materials owned by InternBench are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit these materials without permission, except where permitted by law.

Participants retain ownership of work they independently create, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement governing a specific project.

If a project involves a partner organization, third-party material, shared work, confidential information, or specific intellectual property terms, those terms must be communicated to participants and agreed upon where required.

Participants must not upload or use materials they do not have permission to use. They should not publish confidential project information, credentials, personal data, or proprietary material in a portfolio or public repository without appropriate authorization.

Nothing in this section transfers ownership of participant work to InternBench unless a separate, valid agreement expressly provides otherwise.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website or internship services to:

We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including restricting access or ending participation where justified and permitted by law.

10. Third-Party Services

The website may link to or use third-party services, including communication platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, and external websites.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and limitations. We do not control all third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability or independent practices.

Any third-party service used as part of a specific internship remains subject to the applicable terms and requirements of that service.

11. Website Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the website accurate and accessible but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every page will always be free from errors.

We may modify website content, features, or services to improve functionality, address security concerns, or reflect changes in our offerings.

Where a change materially affects an enrolled participant's existing commitments, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law and any relevant agreement.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website provides general information about InternBench and its internship opportunities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, information is not a guarantee of a particular learning, academic, career, or employment outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, InternBench is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on general information published on it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any applicable consumer rights or remedies.

Any limitation of liability must be interpreted consistently with applicable law and any specific written commitments made to a participant.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review that Policy. Where consent is required for a particular type of data processing, we will seek consent as required by applicable law.

The Privacy Policy forms part of the information governing your use of the website, but it does not replace any separate consent or notice required by law.

14. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict access to the website or end a participant's involvement where there is a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, misconduct, a security concern, fraud, or another legitimate reason.

Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

Any action affecting paid participation, refunds, or other participant rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the applicable refund or cancellation policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, policies, or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Changes will apply as permitted by law.

Where a change requires additional notice, consent, or agreement, we will take the steps required by applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections.

Any dispute will be handled through the procedures and courts or other forums that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section removes a consumer's statutory rights or restricts access to a forum that must remain available under law.

To complete before publishing: Confirm the operating entity and obtain legal advice on the appropriate jurisdiction and dispute-resolution wording.
